A unique and efficient system for online registration of foreigners’ residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The implemented system enables the automatic transfer of data entered in a standardized way, by legal and natural persons that provide accommodation to foreigners on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, into the central database. In addition to saving time, this system also greatly facilitates the entire procedure for the competent institutions, which are obliged to send data from official records to the central database.

Legally, the system is divided into two parts. The first part of the system is a protected part and can be accessed only by competent officials of the Service for Foreigner’s Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The second part of the system is publicly available, so that it can be used by legal and natural persons who provide accommodation services on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The system is used by 200 employees of the Service for Foreigner’s Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the last two years, more than 5 million foreigners were registered under the system.
