Information system of the Service for Foreigner’s Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The main purpose of the system is to serve as a platform for communication between the Field Offices of the Service for Foreigner’s Affairs and the information service in charge, among other things, of other systems on which employees often seek help. In this way, a modular system has been created, which becomes a unique system for tasks under the competence of the Service for Foreigner’s Affairs BiH.

The developed system integrates all types of checks in all relevant databases (Central database, ROS, ASF, Interpol, misdemeanour records, eStranac, IDDEEA).

All Field Offices of the Service for Foreigner’s Affairs BiH have been connected to the central system using a protected network.

The number of users of the system is not limited and it fully supports the current systematization of workplaces in the Service for Foreigner’s Affairs BiH. The system is adaptable to the new systematization of workplaces without additional programming, which was one of the goals of the upgrade.

The established system facilitates communication between reception centres, connected international and state services. It is possible to monitor the statistics and movement of migrants in the camps. The system serves as a secure buffer between the official migration IT system and the migrant system.
