Through this unique integrated system migrants and refugees, as well as victims of smuggling and human trafficking, are provided with all the necessary information regarding the country in which they are located. From their location on the map, they can access to the list of public services (with locations on the map), relevant institutions (with locations on the map) and other governmental and non-governmental organisations. Beneficiaries are provided with quick, simple, and effective interaction. The application provides information in eight

languages: Albanian, Arabic, English, Farsi/Dari, French, Pashto, Turkish and Urdu, and could be expanded into more languages if needed.
